Our People

Our highly skilled educators are passionate about early childhood education. They love working with young ones and are committed to providing a positive environment in which your child can spread their wings and soar to great heights. They ensure very child feels a sense of belonging and embraces their individual strengths.

"My son has been attending for about two years now, from Babies to Sprouts. I have always found the centre to provide great care and communication to me regarding his growth and development. The last year especially has been so rewarding as a parent; the skills and friendships my son has made are second to none, and he has made a very special bond with some of the staff there. I love how every time I pick him up or drop him off the staff have a real interest in the stories about my son. I cannot thank the girls enough for all that they do to make mine and my son’s time at day care a fun and rewarding experience. They definitely go above and beyond for all the kids."

"Bambini's Peregian Springs is more like a family than a day care. From the moment you drop your child off, the staff are treating your little loved one as though they were their very own. When you walk into their facilities, it's obvious they know what kids love to do . . . sandpits, guinea pigs, climbing equipment, water play and the list goes on. But it's not just their facilities that makes your child's experience so positive, but the educators and the programs they run. Yes, they run great day-to-day programs that help educate and prepare our child for school, but the effort that goes into organising the extracurricular activities, like swimming, dancing and field trips, make it extra special."

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? I believe early childhood educators lay down the foundation for children’s futures. Being a working mum and having three children of my own I have seen firsthand the impact that the early childhood setting has had on my own children’s lives and it has had such a positive outcome. We as educators are molding the future generation for our country and as a centre manager I strive to drive a strong, influential and passionate team to give all children in our care the opportunity to achieve incredible results.

What is the most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? The most memorable moment working in the industry for me is the day I was asked to step into the centre manager role for Peregian springs, at this time I had been in the industry 3 years, I was 23, had a 2 year old toddler and was only a few months away from having my twins. Having an area manager that saw potential in me and gave me a chance to prove myself has changed my life and I aim to be that person for my team! The sky is the limit, you have to start somewhere!

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? I understand how it feels! I know how hard it is to hand your child over because of work or study commitments and having the guilt that you aren’t able to be there for them. Here at Bambini we aim to provide your child with as many learning opportunities as we can, but my number 1 priority is ensuring the children feel safe, secure and supported. As a centre manager it is important to me to have a happy team, if I look after them, they will look after our customers. I make sure that it is crucial that my team are building bonds with the children and have a strong rapport with our families because if our children are happy and our families are happy the rest will flow!
