Our People

Our highly skilled educators are passionate about early childhood education. They love working with young ones and are committed to providing a positive environment in which your child can spread their wings and soar to great heights. They ensure very child feels a sense of belonging and embraces their individual strengths.

"My son has been attending for about two years now, from Babies to Sprouts. I have always found the centre to provide great care and communication to me regarding his growth and development. The last year especially has been so rewarding as a parent; the skills and friendships my son has made are second to none, and he has made a very special bond with some of the staff there. I love how every time I pick him up or drop him off the staff have a real interest in the stories about my son. I cannot thank the girls enough for all that they do to make mine and my son’s time at day care a fun and rewarding experience. They definitely go above and beyond for all the kids."

"Bambini's Peregian Springs is more like a family than a day care. From the moment you drop your child off, the staff are treating your little loved one as though they were their very own. When you walk into their facilities, it's obvious they know what kids love to do . . . sandpits, guinea pigs, climbing equipment, water play and the list goes on. But it's not just their facilities that makes your child's experience so positive, but the educators and the programs they run. Yes, they run great day-to-day programs that help educate and prepare our child for school, but the effort that goes into organising the extracurricular activities, like swimming, dancing and field trips, make it extra special."

What makes you passionate of childcare? I love being able to see the joy in children’s faces when they learn something new for the very first time. I believe all children should have access to learn and grow in a safe, nurturing and beautiful environment.

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? I remember one time going back to a previous Centre I had worked at as a lead educator in the toddler room and a child came running up to me saying “Miss Sam, Miss Sam” and gave me a huge cuddle. I was  completely astonished that this child had remembered me from such a young age. It was just such a special moment for me as an educator, as I realised at that point, I had truly made a difference in this child’s life through the relationship I had built with him.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? Our centre offers a warm and welcoming environment, which consists of a fantastic team of educators, who build nurturing and caring relationships with our families and their children. We aspire to provide high quality care, that provides children with the opportunity to explore, imagine and learn through play.
