Our People

Our highly skilled educators are passionate about early childhood education. They love working with young ones and are committed to providing a positive environment in which your child can spread their wings and soar to great heights. They ensure very child feels a sense of belonging and embraces their individual strengths.

"My son has been attending for about two years now, from Babies to Sprouts. I have always found the centre to provide great care and communication to me regarding his growth and development. The last year especially has been so rewarding as a parent; the skills and friendships my son has made are second to none, and he has made a very special bond with some of the staff there. I love how every time I pick him up or drop him off the staff have a real interest in the stories about my son. I cannot thank the girls enough for all that they do to make mine and my son’s time at day care a fun and rewarding experience. They definitely go above and beyond for all the kids."

"Bambini's Peregian Springs is more like a family than a day care. From the moment you drop your child off, the staff are treating your little loved one as though they were their very own. When you walk into their facilities, it's obvious they know what kids love to do . . . sandpits, guinea pigs, climbing equipment, water play and the list goes on. But it's not just their facilities that makes your child's experience so positive, but the educators and the programs they run. Yes, they run great day-to-day programs that help educate and prepare our child for school, but the effort that goes into organising the extracurricular activities, like swimming, dancing and field trips, make it extra special."

What makes you passionate about working in childcare? Everything! I feel that the early childhood industry is one of the most rewarding professions. It’s an absolute privilege to educate and care for children at the same time support families through their individual needs. Whether it be for working families or non-working families, our job is vital to ensuring we are trustworthy to care for and educate their child, guiding them to learn and experience as much as they possibly can in their first five years.

What is the most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? When I was pregnant with my first born, my kindergarten children were fascinated in watching my baby belly grow and learning about baby developing each week. The teaching process started from sharing my news and sharing the first scan, to then bringing my daughter in when she was a few weeks old where the children had bathing and feeding experiences with her. It was the most sustainable and memorable teaching experience I’ve ever encountered. A memory in time that I will never forget.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? Our centre has an amazing team of educators that are always dedicated to work together and ensures through genuine care and empathy that every family feels welcomed and has a sense of belonging. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with every family and their children.
